Second, we typically provide you with a flat fee for the service we provide you. This allows you to ask all the questions you have without worrying about running up your legal fees. For instance, we charge a flat fee to form a business entity and you are allowed to ask as many questions as you have regarding protecting your business.

Third, we want you to succeed in your business efforts. We view our role as keeping you from making mistakes that will hurt you now or down the road. We are fairly informal and many of our clients comment that we do not "act like lawyers." If you prefer the stuffy traditional law firm, you should probably contact another firm. Don't be shy or worry about talking to us about a potential concern you have with your business. There are no "dumb" questions and everything is protected by the attorney-client privilege.
